The central location of this place is very convenient being close to the center of town.

Excellent location near the old town, helpful staff, everything was really perfect. I booked double room, truly enjoyed it, and spent 2 days in it. Location: the hotel was just next door to shops and restaurants, Skiathos, and the centre of Skiathos Town.

We had a separate bedroom. The staff was helpful and hospitable and the host too. Very central location was a plus.

I recently stayed at Kimia Guest House in Skiathos Town during my transit travel, and I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of features. the convenient location of the guest house near the nearest airport was a major advantage for me. With a distance of just 2 km, I was able to quickly and easily reach the airport for my onward journey. the guest house provided a database with a wide range of useful information about local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations. This made it incredibly easy for me to plan my short stay and make the most of my time in Skiathos Town.

As a result, water would splash all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower.

We had a fantastic stay at Kimia Guest House. the location was perfect, right in the center of town but still in a quiet area. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering tips and even arranging transportation for us. We especially appreciated the option to leave our luggage after checkout and have it brought to the port later. We can't wait to go back!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants in the town. The room was a bit on the small side, which might not be ideal for a longer stay. there was some noise from the street, especially from the traffic, which could be a bit disruptive.

Mind-blowing sea view from quiet penthouse! Gem staff - polite, helpful, accommodated early check-in, late check-out. Comfortable bed, helpful house. Perfect location - peaceful yet close to city/port. Equipped rooms, cleaned daily. Manager felt like lifelong friend. Near old town for joyful night life.
